Student Data and Account Access

USA STEAM League / Ultimate Gaming Championship collects and uses student information only as needed to administer authorised competitions, support families and schools, coordinate with SIMCC, and provide access to contest-related systems.

Information We May Collect

Registration may request student name, school, grade, date of birth if required, parent contact details, selected competition, payment details, and result access information.

How Information Is Used

Student information is used for registration, contest setup, secure account access, result support, certificates, medals, global finals invitations, and family communication.

Single Sign-On and Secure Access

USA STEAM League may use secure sign-in to help students, parents, schools, and administrators access registration, contest, training, and result systems.

Sharing With SIMCC

Information may be shared with SIMCC, contest platforms, schools, and service providers as needed. We do not sell student personal information.

Accuracy and Corrections

Student names and details should be accurate. Corrections may be limited after registration closes. Contact us for assistance.
